Return Policy
We want you to love your Nogz. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
To Qualify
- Product must be in new condition (no stretching, no wear, no odor, no damage).
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items with visible wear, stretching, or damage
- Final sale or discounted items
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different design, you may do so within 30 days, provided the product meets the return condition requirements.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Email photos of the issue to support@gnarlynogginz.com
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing.

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably so you can get out on the mountain and enjoy your new Nogz.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak season (November–February), processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed.Typical U.S. delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
Gnarly Nogginz ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS where applicable.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take shipping seriously. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items
- Contact us within 14 days for lost or stolen packages
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Gnarly Nogginz is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
