Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak season (November–February), processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery EstimatesShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed.Typical U.S. delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
Helmet Headz ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS where applicable.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take shipping seriously. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items
  • Contact us within 14 days for lost or stolen packages
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Gnarly Nogginz is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
